The FA45 Vision Sensor is an optical sensor used for automation and quality assurance. The FA 45 Vision Sensor is an optical sensor with four different methods of evaluation: pattern matching, contrast,grey level and contour detection, by which the FA 45 Vision Sensor can detect or distinguish objects by means ofpreviously defined optical characteristics (shape and grey-scale value), e.g. for separating „good“ and „bad“ parts. Its main application are therefore in the fields of automation technology and quality assurance.
